Battery box for electric bicycle. The box holds up to 91 the element (cells) type 18650 batteries.
We also offer boxes for 21700 batteries
The box can fit a battery with maximum parameters up to:
– 36V 31.5Ah;
– 48V 24.5Ah;
– 52V 17.5Ah;
– 60V 17.5Ah;
– 72V 14Ah;
The box set includes:
– Outer casing;
– A set of brackets (braces) holders for the elements.
– A set of nickel plates shaped according to the location of the brackets for spot welding the elements;
– USB port for phone charging etc.;
– Power button / disconnecting the battery;
– Lock key / unlocking the battery to the frame;
– Mounting plate for attachment to the water bottle location on the frame;
– Battery charging connector;
– Slot for placing a BMS board in the battery;
